Helena Welsh is the Executive Director of the Monterey County Vintners and Growers Association. Her experience as a multi-year wine judge for the San Francisco Chronicle International Wine Competition and the Sonoma County Harvest Wine Competition attributes to her journey with wine. Before working with Monterey County, she served as the Executive Director for the Lake County Winery Association. During her tenure in Lake County, Helena was awarded a Specialty Crop Block Grant from the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
