Registration Information

Registration Opens October 21 at 1:00 PM PT. Register Early to Save!
Register within the first 48 hours—by October 23 at 1:00 PM PT—and receive an additional discount on your registration. 

What’s Included with Each Badge?
Full Conference Pass: Bottle Bash, educational sessions, trade show access, all-day complimentary coffee, a free Tri-Tip BBQ lunch, wine tastings, and access to conference presentations post-show.
Trade Show Only Pass: Bottle Bash, trade show access, all-day complimentary coffee, a free Tri-Tip BBQ lunch, and wine tastings.

Onsite Registration
Onsite registration and badge pickup will be located in the Snack Bar attached to Estrella Hall at the Paso Robles Event Center.

Registration Hours
Registration opens at 7:30 am on Thursday, February 25. Your event badge is required for entry and may be picked up during Bottle Bash on Wednesday, February 24. We encourage attendees to pick up their badges early to avoid lines on Thursday morning.

Badge Pick-Up Instructions
All registered attendees will receive an email on Monday, February 22 containing a personalized QR code. When you arrive, simply present your QR code at the Badge Pick-Up desk to quickly print and receive your event badge.


Bottle Bash

Kick off WiVi Central Coast at Bottle Bash, WineBusiness Monthly’s annual networking reception! Join fellow winemakers, growers, exhibitors, speakers, and industry professionals for an evening of networking, collaboration, and celebration before the conference begins.

Time: 3:30–5:30 p.m.
Location: Paso Robles Event Center

Held immediately following Central Coast Insights and the day before WiVi Central Coast opens, Bottle Bash brings the Central Coast wine community together to enjoy complimentary pizza, local wine, and craft beer.


Cancellation Policy

Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another employee within your company at any time. To request a registration transfer, please email WBM@executivevents.com.
